Tough Hombre Hat

We love a nine-banded armadillo (aka opossum on the half shell) They're tough little critters with big ambitions. Since the 1850's they've expanded their range to almost half the country, regardless of predators a lot bigger than them. Once only prevalent in the Western U.S., its commonplace to see them throughout most of the Southeast U.S. now. We love that for them.
